Welcome to the Tesla Space newsletter, our 47th issue.
Well that was a busy week for Elon’s Muskonomy, wasn’t it.

A reader of ours already calls this day of the week the Tesla Tuesday because of us. Shoutout to Kalmer, we don’t mind, Tesla Tuesday it is!

In today’s newsletter, I’m putting together all the details from the robotaxi event for you, and we’re looking at SpaceX’s Mechazilla catching a frunking booster!

Enjoy!

X OF THE WEEK

You just have to see this video of Mechazilla catching the Starship flight five Booster. I still can’t believe it.

Here is another angle from the camera on the booster itself.

Here are two great compilations of how it looked like.

Oh, and Starship Flight five landed on target (in the Ocean) too. Major success!

DEEP DIVE: Robotaxi event

Oh, you’re going to love this.

If you couldn’t go to the Tesla robotaxi event (chances are you couldn’t), I think I managed to recreate most of it for you here:

Featuring ~25 photos, 10 videos and tons of tiny details that the official Tesla event didn’t even mention but what we learned in between, from people visiting and directly from the Tesla team members. Enjoy!

Here are the videos of ours to watch from last week, don’t miss these:

Elon Musk's Trillion Dollar Plan For Austin Texas

I’ll just copy the top comment here to tell you why you should watch it:

“One of your best videos. When you show us information that is not easily found, you provide great value”

The Gen 3 Tesla 4680 Battery Cell Is Coming!

Ted put together a great overview of the 4680 cell story I linked to, and we’ll also go over fish in this frunk, and Tesla Supercharging is ready to take on anything that the world can throw at it.

That’s it for today — lighter than usual but boy did that event recap take time to put together! 👏 We’ll get back to the broad spectrum of ours next week.

We strive to be the most value-packed Tesla-related newsletter out there, and you can help in two ways:
(1) leave us feedback below, and then
(2) shout it from the rooftops — aka your group chats and socials — that this newsletter exists and every self-respecting Tesla geek should subscribe.

FEEDBACK: did you find enough value in today's issue?

(keep the feedback coming, love reading these)

My favorite feedback from last week:

“Good info, well presented without too much padding. Thanks”

Padding is indeed what we try to avoid as much as possible here!

Cheers.

As a monthly supporter of the channel, you will receive our eternal gratitude and respect, plus a little shoutout at the end of every video and maybe even a few perks if you happen to be particularly generous.
